Brod & Taylor Proofer folds down to save counter space and doubles as a slow cooker (you can use your own covered metal pot or Dutch oven!). Radiant heat rises from the aluminum base plate, creating the constant low-temperature warmth required for many kitchen tasks beyond just proofing bread dough, like creating fermented foods. It’s large enough to hold two large 2-pound loaves while they rise.
The folding bread proofer has a water tray to improve humidity, and can hold at any temperature you choose, or, for “proofer mode” the range is

(for rising dough and more). The “slow cooker mode” (

) is ideal for making casseroles, pot roasts, and more. The maximum temperature corresponds to the “low” setting on a traditional slow cooker, so you can replicate your favorite slow cooker recipes with ease.
